★ Where are you located?

★ How/when can I purchase a doll?
Dolls are added to my shop at a scheduled date and time, which I announce on Instagram. My work usually sells quickly, so be ready at the scheduled time to avoid missing out. Shop updates typically happen on weekends unless I’m traveling or attending a convention.

★ What is your price range?
Check my shop for listings and prices. Prices are displayed in GBP £ and should convert to your local currency automatically. Note that shipping is not included.

★ When will a doll be back in stock?
I don’t restock dolls since each one is one of a kind. While I might create a variation of a sold doll, it won’t be an exact copy. If there’s a doll you love, keep an eye on updates to avoid missing out.

★ Why is your shop empty or sold out?
My dolls often sell quickly, and since everything is handmade, I can’t produce a large number of dolls each month. The next shop update date and time are announced in the banner at the top of this website, on Instagram.

★ I saw a doll on your Instagram/TikTok—can I buy it?
Check the Instagram caption or my shop. If it’s not listed, then unfortunately it’s not for sale.

★ Can I place a custom order?
Yes! Send me an email with your ideas through the contact form. If the idea excites me and fits into my schedule, I’ll let you know. I only take on projects I’m passionate about, so I can’t guarantee every request will be accepted.

★ I missed out on a doll. Any tips?
Create an account on my website beforehand and save your payment info to speed up the checkout process.

 

THE DOLLS

★ What are these dolls, and what are they made of?
These are customized Blythe Dolls—official releases modified into one-of-a-kind art pieces. Blythe Dolls were first designed by Allison Katzman in 1972, featuring a signature eye mechanism.

​

There are different sizes:

• Neo Blythe: 28.5 cm tall

• Middle Blythe: 20 cm tall

• Petite Blythe: 11 cm tall

• Popmart Blythe: 14-16 cm tall​

When I customise, I carve, sculpt, or modify them with Apoxie clay or plastic putty  for unique features.

★ Photography, traveling, and care information.
They don’t stand on their own, but stands are available. They can temporarily stand for a photo if propped carefully, but it’s at your own risk.
These dolls are art pieces and need gentle handling. The neck pieces are reinforced, but be mindful of the face-up, which can scratch if it touches sharp objects or rough surfaces.
It’s fun to see them travel, but handle them carefully. Smooth surfaces are fine, but rough surfaces might cause damage

★ Do you repeat designs?
No, each doll is one of a kind. While I might create a variation of a sold doll, it won’t be an exact copy. If you want something specific, a custom order is your best bet.

PAYMENT

★ How do I pay?
My website accepts credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (available at checkout). PayPal is quick, but other payment methods help reduce fees on my end.

★ Do you accept layaway?
Yes! Klarna is a great option, but I also offer traditional layaway. A non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance payable within 6-8 weeks via PayPal invoice. Contact me to arrange this.

★ Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details within 24-48 hours (for ready-stock orders). Click the tracking number in your email for updates.

★ Shipping Information
Orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Delivery times:

• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Express orders ship via courier; standard orders ship via Royal Mail (with handoff to local postal services).
