Join me, SplatterGirl, during Year Three, my 2026 London exhibition, for an intensive two-day Blythe Customisation Masterclass at the gallery at the Playroom.
Over two days, I’ll guide you through the process of transforming a Blythe doll from start to finish. This class is designed for beginners, so you don’t need any previous customising experience. I’ll teach you the techniques I use while helping you develop your own approach, style and character.

What’s Included
You’ll receive a faux Blythe doll to customise during the masterclass and your own customisation kit to take home, including:
• Nail drill bits
• Sanding sponges
• Carving tools
• Face-up brushes
• Pull-string charms
• Selection of eye chips
• Eyelashes
I’ll also provide shared equipment and materials for use during the class, including• A4 protective mat lamps, nail drills, acrylic pens, Mr. Super Clear UV Flat, acrylic gloss and PanPastel.
You’ll have my personal guidance throughout both days, light refreshments and a final group photo session. At the end of the masterclass, your completed customised doll is yours to take home.

You’re also welcome to dress to complement your doll for our final photo session.
Disclaimer : I personally use authentic Blythe dolls for all my customs, however for learning purposes and to keep the cost low, we are using a faux blythe doll in this class. I will provide tips on how to acquire lower priced authentic ones for your future customisation journey .
